What's in My Grocery Cart? Favorites from Whole Foods

Honestly, since beginning my corporate job I haven't spent much time at all in the grocery store on a regular basis. I am spoiled (and very fortunate) that my job pays for our breakfast and lunch everyday so I don't have many food related expenses unless I go out to dinners or brunches.

However now that we are all in quarantine and most restaurants are closed or doing takeout only, I find myself heading to the grocery store once a week to stock up on my essentials. Everyone is a little nosey, so I though I'd share the goodies on my grocery store list.

On a typical food run, I usually end up spending about $60-$70 each time I go, which works out to be about $10 daily.

Here are my go-tos at Whole Foods

Frozen white quinoa
Feta cheese
Macintosh Apples
Tazo Chai Tea Latte Mix - just discovered this and I love it.
Whole Foods Soy Milk
Chickpeas
Beans
Mikes Mighty Good Ramen
Avocados
Organic hot house cucumber
Fresh mozzarella
Organic brown eggs
Tomatoes
365 brand Marinara sauce
Cascadian Farm organic blend with Farro, broccoli, carrots and chickpeas
Iced lemon pound cake (a half loaf)
Romain or spring mix in a bag
Whole Foods brand frozen jasmine rice
Whole Foods frozen brown rice
Whole wheat waffles or gluten free waffles
